I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) across Missouri through secure online sessions. My clients include trauma survivors, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent adults, and anyone seeking an affirming, personalized therapy experience.
-
Yes. All sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This makes therapy more accessible and flexible, no matter where you are in Missouri.
-
My current session rate is $100 for one 60 minute session, and $150 for a 60-90 minute intake. You can find full details, including payment options and insurance information, on my Rates & Insurance page.
-
Yes! I’m connected with Headway, which connects clients to therapy using their in-network insurance benefits. I am currently credentialed with a few panels and in the process of onboarding with others — check my Rates & Insurance page for updates.

Your first session is typically 60–90 minutes, longer than a standard therapy session, so we have enough time to review your history, understand your concerns, and discuss your goals in depth. This extended time allows us to create a personalized plan right from the start. The higher rate reflects the additional time and preparation required for this session.
Many of my clients come to therapy for trauma recovery, LGBTQIA+ affirming support, or neurodivergent-friendly care, and these areas often require a thoughtful, thorough initial assessment to ensure we start in a way that feels safe and effective. Taking this extra time up front helps us set the foundation for meaningful progress.
-
Our first session is about getting to know you, understanding your goals, and creating a plan that feels safe and doable. You set the pace — whether that’s diving into difficult topics or starting slowly.
-
There’s no set timeline. Some clients come for a few months, others for a year or more. We’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust as needed.
-
I blend evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and DBT skills with a collaborative, affirming style. Sessions may focus on processing trauma, exploring identity, building skills, or simply having a safe place to talk.
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps your brain reprocess difficult memories so they feel less overwhelming. Instead of reliving the trauma, EMDR uses guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation to reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences. Many clients find it helpful for trauma, anxiety, and other distressing life events.
