Therapy that works with your brain — not against it.

If you’ve ever been told to “just try harder” or “be more organized,” you know how frustrating and invalidating that can be. As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand that ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence aren’t problems to “fix” — they’re part of how you experience and interact with the world.

I provide strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for:

  • Adults with ADHD, autism, or both

  • People exploring a late diagnosis or self-identification

  • Neurodivergent individuals navigating burnout, masking, or sensory overload

  • Clients balancing multiple neurodivergent and marginalized identities

My Approach

We’ll work together to create strategies and systems that fit you — not ones that rely on forcing yourself into a neurotypical mold. This can include:

  • Executive functioning skills that align with your natural rhythms

  • Unmasking and exploring authentic self-expression

  • Managing overstimulation, decision fatigue, and energy levels

  • Building self-compassion and dismantling internalized ableism

What to Expect

Therapy sessions might include practical problem-solving, identity exploration, and processing how neurodivergence intersects with relationships, work, and mental health. The goal isn’t to “cure” you — it’s to help you feel empowered, capable, and supported in a world that isn’t always built with you in mind

Your brain isn’t broken — it’s brilliant.

Let’s figure out how to help it thrive.
